The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the ski bus stop and a short walk to the Grafenberg ski lift. The rooms offer amazing views, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay here. The beds were so comfortable, and the shower was excellent after a long day of skiing. The breakfast provided exactly what I needed before hitting the slopes, and I especially appreciated the coffee to go option. The family who runs the hotel were lovely and cute, making me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is superb, only a short walk to Grafenberg ski lift and very close to the ski bus stop. the room is clean and well-kept, and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. the staff is polite and friendly, providing excellent service to guests. Breakfast offerings are tasty and varied, providing a great start to the day.
The hotel's overall facilities could use some improvement to be up to par with similar hotels in the area.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the cozy and clean rooms. They offered a great breakfast with a wide selection of food and the friendly staff was always eager to help. the location was very convenient as it was close to the ski bus stop and just a short walk to the skiing cabin. I appreciated the free access to the spa.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were amazing! The breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed before heading out for the day. We particularly liked the option for 'coffee to go' as we were often in a rush to hit the slopes. , the location was perfect - within walking distance to the ski lifts and bus stops.
